Dear Steven,
Re: Change Manager position
I am writing to apply for the position of Change Manager at Gus and Rob Booksellers, as recently advertised on SEEK.com.au.
I am a highly experienced, results-driven change management and L&D consultant who has worked within a wide range of businesses and industries. I have led large-scale and complex change initiatives and developed training programs for a diverse array of companies, including Bernards Property Group, TFO Bank and 2EH FM Sydney. I am presently working with Bernards on a major change management and training project, and have worked extensively with TFO on a number of complex projects that involved the development and implementation of new systems and staff training.
My change management experience encompasses technological, cultural and structural change, as well as developing training and knowledge management programs. I pride myself on my ability to implement change that drives productivity and efficiency, while maintaining staff engagement and building and negotiating excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
My other core strengths include process and systems improvement, and conducting training and workshops. I have formal training in change management principles and methodologies, organisational learning, project management and executive coaching.
I would love the opportunity to work with you to deliver change effectively and smoothly to your organisation. My resume is attached and I look forward to being able to discuss the position with you further.
Yours sincerely,
