I am an experienced firefighter with over eight years experience both in the field and as chief of a regional fire station.

For the last four years, I have worked as chief firefighter at the Kurrawong Area Branch of Northern Territory Fire Services. During my time there, I demonstrated my ability to successfully manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a fire service department.

I streamlined recruitment and training processes to improve efficiency, successfully managed budgets, maintained high team performance standards and was regularly commended by the NTFS for high quality work and service.

As a firefighter, I have been repeatedly recognised by citizens, community groups and supervisors for quick thinking, calm and correct response to a multitude of crisis and emergency situations.
