We are seeking an enthusiastic, talented researcher to join our multidisciplinary team. Our research encompasses genetic and developmental biology, cell biology, biochemistry, immunology, structural biology and molecular design.
Applicants must have tertiary-level qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as structural or molecular biology, medical biochemistry, bioinformatics, biology, genetics, genetic immunology or biostatistics. A strong innovation focus, good communication and research skills, a methodological approach and the ability to work well within small cross-disciplinary teams are essential. Knowledge and experience with DNA sequence analysis, polymerase chain reaction, electrophoresis, protein purification and spectrophotometry are also desirable, as is experience with bioinformatics, statistical analysis and databases within a biomedical research environment.
