Property Manager

Houses Aplenty is one of the largest property management companies on the north coast. We are seeking a motivated team player who is committed to building a successful career in real estate. Property management experience is recommended, though not necessary if you’ve got the right stuff. Applicants with a proactive attitude and strong customer service skills will be highly considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own rent roll of 150–160 properties
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conducting open inspections, and performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections
• Marketing rental properties
• Overseeing rental arrears control
• Attending to tribunal applications and hearings
• Liaising on insurance matters
• Performing rental application reviews
• Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
• Preparing lease agreements
• Conducting general administrative duties

You will need:

• Current certificate of registration
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications
• Current drivers licence and your own reliable transport
• Solid communication skills
• Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Professional presentation

This position is full-time, and includes work on Saturdays.
