The Sydney Zoology Service Group is expanding its team and seeking to appoint a Zoologist with a passion to provide sound advice and innovative solutions for our clients.

Ideally, we are seeking an individual with the ability to share their knowledge and provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced team members.? ?

Previous experience in a natural resource management consultancy environment would be advantageous.

You will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Zoology
• Extensive professional experience in ecological assessment
• Demonstrated ability to manage ecological projects including the supervision of field-based surveys and the preparation of technical reports, proposals and presentations
• The ability to work autonomously, with a solid focus on project delivery and client satisfaction
• The ability to manage, lead and develop teams
• Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation
• The ability to apply practical technical solutions to problems
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
