- Joondalup (evening classes available)
- Malaga (day classes available)
The course will teach you essential skills required for holding positions involved in community services, case management and social housing that focus on management, coordination and delivery of person-centred services to individuals, groups and various communities.
By acquiring skills such as facilitating workplace debriefing and support processes, managing legal and ethical compliance, assessing and promoting social, emotional and physical well-being, providing advocacy and representation services and development and facilitation of all aspects of case management, you will be able to confidently perform in a range of community services positions across a broad spectrum of organisations.
This qualification will also enable you to work autonomously under broad directions from senior management, as well as to oversee the work of junior staff members.
200 hours of work placement is required to complete this course.

- You must be an Australian citizen or resident. We are not CRICOS registered and cannot accept enrolments from International Student Visa holders (Subclass 500).
- This course is delivered in-person, with evening classes (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) in Joondalup and daytime classes (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM) in Malaga.
- Know the time commitment. The course runs for 22 weeks full-time in Malaga or 27 weeks part-time in Joondalup.
