The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the aged care residential lifestyle program, overseeing the process to plan, implement, facilitate and evaluate programs and activities. They will design and implement high-quality activities programs to facilitate group activities and one-to-one strategies for resident enjoyment in line with a person-centred approach. Additionally, the Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining the community networks that are integral to the success of the lifestyle program. Activities and Lifestyle staff have a significant role in community and residential services and are an integral part of the overall health care team.
