If you’re researching various courses you may be interested in, it can get a little confusing and difficult to keep track of all the information – study time, enrolment dates, funding options, online or on campus. The devil is in the detail, but those details can all become a blur. You’re left scribbling course enrolment dates, admission requirements and fee information all over the place – which doesn’t help when you’re trying to make a calm and informed assessment of your study options.

This is the problem Career FAQs set out to address with our unique course comparison feature. This function is designed to help you make a well thought-out decision about your own education in an easy and organised fashion, so it’s as simple and painless as possible.

It works in a similar fashion to a shopping cart on an online store. It’s a place you can stockpile course information in a way that enables you to compare different courses easily and quickly, so you can make the best decision for you. All you have to do is find a course you like, save it as a ‘favourite’ and return to it at your leisure.

When you’re ready to review your saved courses, hit ‘Compare favourites’ in the Favourites drop-down menu (on the top nav bar), and all the information you need to get studying is right there, in a simple and readable layout. You can see how up to five courses stack up against each other in terms of qualification, enrolment dates, financial options, study time, delivery method and prerequisites. You can compare the information from different courses point-for-point so you can assess which one (or ones) best meets your needs.

Once you’ve reviewed the courses and selected the ones you’re really interested in, the next step is to make your enquiries – and that’s a process we’ve also streamlined and made as simple and efficient as possible for you. Instead of having to fill out multiple enquiry forms, simply click on the boxes beside your courses of interest and ‘Enquire about selected courses’. You only have to fill out ONE enquiry form, and voila – enquiries will be sent out on your behalf for all the courses that you selected, in one fell swoop. Nothing could be easier or more convenient.

You also have the option to email those courses to yourself, to a friend or family member so that you or they can review them at another time. Maybe you can get a friend to enrol in a course with you so you can have a partner in crime, and support and egg each other on while you study.

We understand that selecting a course to study is an important decision. With our unique 'Compare favourites' feature we’ve made the process as easy and hassle-free as possible, effectively streamlining the otherwise arduous and sometimes confusing task of searching for, selecting and enquiring about a number of courses. Give it a try and you’ll see just how easy it is to be on your way to furthering your skills and advancing your career prospects!
