My background in clinical pharmacy has provided a sound framework for my transition to a customer-facing role. Having encountered a diverse array of patients, I have gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations. During my various work placements, I have become proficient in using AMFAC and LOTS integrated dispensing/point of sale suites, as well as receiving training in FRED Dispense. I am also registered with The Pharmacy Board of Australia.
