I have 14 years of experience in providing consulting, implementation and support services for a mid-tier ERP solution (transport management software) to clients in the road transport industry, with particular strength in project management in software and IT. I have provided business consulting and professional services to clients with an emphasis on streamlining business processes, documenting such processes in detail and maintaining accurate financial ledgers with an ERP solution.

I have a very strong understanding of business processes and accounting due to the experience gained during my time at J&M Transport Services in Castleton, where I was responsible for the implementation of Attaché Accounting Software and Attaché training. I have also worked as a business manager, so have hands-on knowledge and experience with business processes and financial reporting from the other side of the desk.

I have excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels. My greatest assets are my ability to work with different personalities and adapt to different situations.

I am committed to customer satisfaction, providing timely and professional service in a friendly and positive manner. I have the ability to make systems more efficient, and my quick-thinking and can-do approach to problem-solving is a great asset that I would bring to the role of ERP Software Consultant in your team.
