Software consultant (ERP)
Impetus Industries is seeking a new team member to provide implementation, consulting and support services to our growing client base. In this customer-facing role you will:
- Manage and perform implementations of MYOB Enterprise Solutions software
- Provide ongoing software consulting services to our clients in the form of system reviews, upgrades, training, customisation, design and other improvement initiatives
- Manage escalated business partner support issues and commercial sensitive cases
- Liaise with helpdesk and product development, providing resolutions where possible
- Provide telephone support, remote support and some on-site support for MYOB EXO Business
The following skills and experience will help qualify you for this role:
- Minimum two years experience implementing and/or supporting MYOB Business or other ERP solutions
- Experience with MYOB EXO Business (Exonet) or other mid-tier ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience in project management in a software or IT environment
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment
- Accounting or business qualification or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in producing Business Process Mapping documentation
